This Privacy Policy explains how Alrtto collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Alrtto, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

• Name and email address — entered during registration and stored in our database (Google Firebase Cloud Firestore), together with a device identifier
• Preferences — your selected markets, strategies, timeframes, and notification settings, stored both on your device and in our database so they can be used to generate your alerts
• Watchlist — trading pairs you add to monitor
• Subscription plan & activity — your current plan (Free/Pro/Elite) and registration / last-active timestamps

We do NOT collect or store your password — account access on this app does not use a password.

• Market data — real-time prices from Yahoo Finance and Binance public APIs. No personal data is sent to these APIs.
• Crash reports — basic error data collected by Android/Google Play (if you opt in to Google error reporting).

• We do NOT store passwords
• We do NOT collect location data
• We do NOT collect contacts, calls, or messages
• We do NOT collect payment card or bank account details (subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play Billing)

• Display your name in the app dashboard greeting
• Save your watchlist and alert preferences between app sessions
• Fetch market data to detect ICT/SMC setups and generate alerts
• Send push notifications when trading setups are detected
• Display advertisements via Google AdMob

We use Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to store your account information (name, email, device identifier, subscription plan, watchlist, strategies, and activity timestamps) so your settings and subscription stay in sync. Firebase is operated by Google and is subject to Google's data protection terms.

Alrtto displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers to show relevant ads.

We use Yahoo Finance's public API to fetch market prices and candle data. No personal data is transmitted to Yahoo Finance.

We use Binance's public API to fetch real-time cryptocurrency prices. No account is required and no personal data is transmitted.

When you tap the chart button, TradingView opens in your device's browser. TradingView's own privacy policy applies when you use their website.

• Your alert history, cached market data, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Android Room Database and DataStore
• Your account information (name, email, plan, watchlist, strategies) is stored on Google Firebase servers, secured by access rules so only you and the app can write your data, and only an authorized admin account can read it
• Uninstalling the app deletes all local data, but your account record remains on Firebase until you request deletion (see Section 7)
• We recommend using a screen lock to protect your device

Alrtto sends push notifications when trading setups are detected. All notifications are generated locally on your device — no notification data is processed on external servers.

You can disable notifications from the app Settings or Android Settings → Apps → Alrtto → Notifications.

Alrtto is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used this app, please contact us.

• View your data — visible in the Profile screen
• Delete your data — uninstalling the app removes local data; to delete your account record from our database, email us at the address in Section 10 and we will remove it
• Opt out of personalized ads — via Android's ad personalization settings
• Disable notifications — toggle in app Settings or Android Settings

Alrtto is a decision-support tool only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be reflected by the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
